As the VP of Operations, Audrey oversees the success of our team and the success of our clients. She brings a decade plus of team, client and vendor management ranging from national conferences, to street festivals, to studio and live performance events.
As a well-rounded, multi-disciplinary creative Andrew leads the direction of brand + design. His work, spanning creative direction, art direction, design and photography has appeared in Vogue, WWD, W. Magazine, Refinery29 and Bloomingdale’s.
Lauren leads our digital agency. Bringing in a decade of experience working from both the client and agency side, she understands the content and strategy that brands need to elevate their KPIs. Her expertise lies in digital marketing, social media strategy, influencer relations, live events and content development and she has worked for brands spanning across e-sports, professional and college sports, music and Fortune 10 companies.
As Lead Director/Producer, Aaron heads up production at Oust. Before joining Oust, Aaron freelanced both in front of and behind the camera, creating content for brands such as Twitter, AT&T, NASCAR, MLS, Chick-Fil-A, Fox Sports and the Atlanta Braves. When not on set, you can find him doing stand-up around Atlanta or at karaoking his heart out at the local dive bar.

As an editor, Ian has worked with a variety of clients as a freelancer and with Oust, including AT&T, Twitter, MLS, NBA, and Chick-fil-A. His hobbies outside of film include playing guitar and watching soccer.
Bailey has worked in an agency setting for her entire career, counseling clients on all things social and digital. With her roots in analytics (or professional internet stalking, as she explains it) she brings the strategy to innovation and takes a data-first approach to building boundary-pushing campaigns. Her expertise lies in entertainment, influencer relations, and generational behavioral marketing. Past clients include AT&T, DIRECTV, Amazon Prime Video, General Motors, Chevrolet, FedEx, Google and YouTube.
As lead developer, Matt ensures that clients are getting high quality websites that accurately portray their brand. He has spent years both designing and building websites for clients. Matt believes that web experiences should be delightful and familiar while still pushing boundaries and he works to make that true of every website he builds.
